Content Moderator - One Day Process Only (Mckinley Site)
About the role
As a Content Moderator at AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our digital platforms. Working in a full-time capacity at our McKinley site in Upper Bicutan, Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to uphold our community standards.
What you'll be doing- Thoroughly review user content, including text, images, and videos, to identify and remove any potentially inappropriate or harmful material
- Adhere to established content moderation policies and guidelines to make consistent and ethical decisions
- Provide detailed reports on the nature and volume of content moderated
- Collaborate with the content moderation team to continuously improve processes and tools
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, issues, and best practices in the field of digital content moderation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick, sound decisions
- Familiarity with various types of digital content and the ability to assess their appropriateness
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or content moderation role
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and handle high-stress situations
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technologies for content moderation
