Graphic Artist

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artist to support the development of product packaging, marketing collaterals, and corporate materials. The role involves creating visually compelling designs while ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with production standards.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with multiple departments to produce high-quality artwork for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities- Update and revise product labels and packaging designs, ensuring accuracy of product information, barcodes, ingredients, and regulatory requirements.
- Create packaging mockups based on approved deadlines and product specifications.
- Design corporate and marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, sales sheets, company profiles, and presentations.
- Produce printed marketing materials for in-store promotions, trade marketing, and brand activations.
- Develop event-related designs including invitations, signage, menus, IDs, and event backdrops.
- Maintain and update ID layouts and branding materials across departments and affiliated companies.
- Ensure all artwork adheres to brand guidelines, typography standards, and visual identity requirements.
- Coordinate with printing suppliers to confirm technical specifications, validate deadlines, and submit press-ready files.
- Review proofs and monitor production timelines to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, Compliance, etc.) to gather project requirements and ensure accuracy of deliverables.
- Organize and maintain design files, assets, and artwork versions.
- Support marketing campaigns by delivering creative materials within agreed timelines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience is preferred; Fresh graduates with exceptional portfolios are welcome to apply
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of print production, deadline, and packaging specifications
- Understanding of color management (CMYK, Pantone, spot colors)
- Ability to prepare press-ready files following proper prepress standards
- Detail-oriented with strong visual, layout, and typography skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati.
