We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to guide our talented creatives team in crafting stunning, platform-perfect content that captures hearts and grows our brand across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- What You’ll Own
- Lead and inspire an existing creatives team to produce captivating vertical content—stories, reels, and shorts—that’s tailor-made for each social platform.
- Drive platform-specific content strategies:
- Facebook: announcements and engaging short videos
- Instagram: powerful branding and storytelling
- TikTok & Facebook: viral-worthy short clips
- YouTube: immersive long-form videos and tutorials
- Keep our brand visually consistent with eye-catching banners, profile photos, and video content.
- Champion content moderation and community engagement—ensuring timely and thoughtful responses to our audience.
- Curate a diverse content mix including company stories, event updates, product showcases, incentive highlights, team recognitions, trending memes, and inclusive holiday greetings.
- Collaborate closely with leaders and team members to ensure every post reflects our values of inclusivity, fun, and inspiration.
- A proven social media leader with experience managing creative teams and campaigns that deliver results.
