We're looking for an experienced Systems Analyst / Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Dynamics 365 CE), Power Platform, and Azure Services to help deliver enterprise-scale digital solutions.
What You'll Do- Collaborate with business users to understand and analyze requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Design solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure Services.
- Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and integration designs.
- Support testing activities, UAT, and production deployments.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure Services.
- Experience with solution design, integrations, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Certification
- Power Platform Certification
- Azure Fundamentals
- Agile or Business Analysis certifications
- Work on enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
