We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Accounting Department by managing financial transactions related to leasing operations, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare and process lease billings, invoices, official receipts, and payment postings
✅ Monitor and reconcile tenant accounts, including lease billings, rental payments, and other related charges
✅ Manage accounts receivable, collections, daily cash receipts, bank transactions, and account reconciliations
✅ Process employee payroll, ensuring accurate computation of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions
✅ Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR compliance requirements

✅ Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, financial reporting, and audit preparations

✅ Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and applicable tax regulations

✅ Coordinate with the Leasing, Property Management, and HR teams on tenant accounts, billing concerns, payroll, and other accounting-related matters

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, property management, leasing, or general accounting
  • Experience in payroll processing and knowledge of Philippine statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
