- Record and report all daily transactions accurately.
- Submit daily cash reports and summaries to the Senior Cashier Staff for review and reconciliation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of transactions, including receipts and cash logs.
- Document and report and cash discrepancies or issues during the shift.
- Process all patient payments, including cash, credit/debit card payments, and checks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to clinic policies.
- Monitor cash float and report any shortages or overages to the Senior Cashier Staff.
- Verify and process HMO requests, approvals, benefits, coverage and authorizations.
- Coordinate with HMO companies regarding patient concerns, claims, and approvals.
- Assist patient with HMO-related inquiries and requirements.
- Coordinate with clinic staff regarding patient endorsements and treatment approvals.
- Generate reports related to HMO utilization, billing, and collections as required.
