Accounting Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our growing team and support our daily accounting and government compliance operations.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

• In charge of all accounting matters including government requirements of other business units (purchases, payments, payroll, invoicing).
• Recording of Cash and Check Disbursement vouchers on its book of accounts
• Submission of Month End Balances of Cash and Check disbursement books
• Preparation of forms and submission of monthly remittances to govt institution (SSS, BIR, HDMF and Philhealth)
• Preparation of Monthly VAT Report
• Preparation of Quarterly VAT Report
• Assisting the Accountant in the preparation of report for govt.

Qualification:

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
• Atleast 1-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Knowledgable in accounting principles as well as mandatory government regulations; taxation and internal audit.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
• Applicants must be willing to be assigned in Escolta, Manila and work on-site from Monday to Friday.
