We are URGENTLY looking for:

CUSTOMER ASSET RECOVERY TEAM LEAD

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in customer asset recovery, collections, or a similar role
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Knowledge of asset recovery processes and compliance requirements
Experience in field quality checking, including on-site validation and review of recovery activities
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with high integrity and accountability
Willing to work on-site and travel for field checks as needed
