What You'll Do:
e are looking for a dedicated Customer Support professional to assist our customers with their queries, issues, and requests. The role may also involve handling tasks that require niche skills based on specific product or service needs. Strong communication skills at B1 level or higher (CEFR) are required to ensure clear and effective customer interactions.
- Provide timely and professional support to customers via email, chat, or phone
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or guidance
- Handle both general and niche support tasks as per business demands
- Document customer interactions and follow standard support procedures
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when necessary
- Stay updated on product knowledge and support protocols
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in English at B1 level or higher (CEFR)
- Previous experience in a customer support or service role
- Ability to quickly learn and apply niche skills as required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience supporting specialized or technical products
- Basic understanding of CRM or ticketing systems
