Sales executive (construction industry)

LOCATION-BASED ASSIGNMENTS:

• LUZON - Central, North or South
• VISAYAS - Cebu, Ilo-Ilo or Panay
• MINDANAO - Davao or Cagayan De Oro

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Preferably with Water Valve Sales and Mechanical Industrial Experience or Structural and Formworks Engineering Products.
• Proven working experience in the CONSTRUCTION Industry for at least 2 years (s) or/ in any related field is required for this position. Preferably in Formworks and scaffolding, Pipes and fittings, or Water valve sales and mechanical industrial experience, etc.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications and applications of water valves and mechanical industrial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• With at least five (5) years of experience in related field.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the water valve and mechanical and construction industries.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to secure profitable deals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to drive sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline information in CRM systems.
