We are in immediate need of Data Entry Specialists to support our growing operations in Cebu City. This is a non-voice, back-end position — no customer calls involved.
Responsibilities- Accurately input and update information into internal systems
- Verify and review documents for completeness and consistency
- Maintain organized digital and/or physical records
- Assist in compiling simple reports as needed
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal policies
- Coordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies
- Support other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
- High school or senior high school graduate are welcome
- No prior work experience required
- Must be comfortable using computers and basic software (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Able to follow procedures with minimal supervision
