Operations Support Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the State Supervisor in identifying and escalating staff and machine issues
- Coordinate with State Supervisors on day-to-day operational tasks
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly operations reports
- Conduct audits on operational activities and rollout execution
- Monitor machine performance and follow up on issues until resolved
- Maintain accurate records and operational trackers
- Support machine installations, removals, and site updates
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and flag any gaps
- Liaise with internal teams (Operations, IT, Inventory) for issue resolution
- Provide general operational and administrative support as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred
- At least 3 years experience in operations support, coordination, or similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and ability to spot issues quickly
- Good written and verbal communication skills (reporting required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and basic reporting tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
- Experience in handling audits, reporting, or operations tracking is an advantage
- Able to coordinate with multiple teams and follow through on tasks
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
