Job Summary

We are looking for Travel Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel-related inquiries. The role involves handling bookings, changes, cancellations, and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities
  • Handle travel inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist customers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations
  • Provide accurate travel information, schedules, and promotions
  • Document customer interactions and update records
  • Escalate complex concerns when needed
  • Meet customer service and quality standards
Qualifications
  • High School or Senior High School graduate
  • Good English communication skills
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
  • Open to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
