Position Summary:
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled individual to support the development of our brand, website, and digital presence. This is a part-time remote role ideal for someone with strong web development skills (preferably in Squarespace or similar platforms), digital marketing knowledge, and a passion for brand growth.

The ideal candidate should also have the flexibility and adaptability to take on additional personal assistant (PA) tasks as the brand and business expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the design and development of a professional website (currently hosted on Squarespace)
- Optimize website layout, performance, and mobile responsiveness
- Maintain and update the website regularly with fresh content
- Create and schedule engaging posts on relevant social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist in basic graphic design (e.g., Canva) for social media and web content
- Create or select fonts and typography that align with and reflect the brand’s visual direction
- Design or customize original fonts that reflect our evolving brand identity
- Monitor engagement and performance metrics
- Suggest improvements to enhance brand visibility and consistency
- Adapt to a growing role with potential PA responsibilities, supporting the founder or team in ad hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in website development (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, or similar platforms)
- Familiarity with branding, SEO basics, and social media marketing
- Strong eye for design and typography, with the ability to create fonts that reflect our brand direction
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with content scheduling tools is a plus (e.g., Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite)
- Flexibility to take on PA responsibilities as the role evolves
Workload and Compensation:
- Estimated 3–4 hours/week initially at $80 AUD/week
- Opportunity for increased hours and expanded responsibilities as the brand and platform grow
