Radio NPO Specialist

Responsible for network planning and optimization of Nokia. You will manage and optimize radio broadcasting operations, focusing on content delivery, technical support, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Broadcast Management:

• Oversee daily radio operations, ensuring smooth transmission and adherence to scheduling.
• Coordinate with content creators and technical teams to manage broadcast schedules and resolve any technical issues.
• Implement and monitor compliance with broadcasting regulations and standards.

1. Technical Support:

• Provide technical support for radio broadcasting equipment, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage software and hardware upgrades to ensure optimal performance of broadcasting systems.
• Work with IT teams to integrate new technologies and improve broadcasting infrastructure.

1. Content Coordination:

• Collaborate with program producers to develop and schedule content that aligns with audience preferences and organizational goals.
• Ensure content is delivered with high quality and meets editorial standards.
• Manage content archives and ensure proper storage and accessibility of broadcast materials.

1. Audience Engagement:

• Analyze audience metrics and feedback to refine programming and enhance listener engagement.
• Develop strategies to attract and retain listeners, including promotions and interactive content.
• Handle listener queries and feedback effectively, maintaining a positive public image.

1. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with marketing, public relations, and other departments to promote radio programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate with external partners, such as advertisers and sponsors, to manage partnerships and promotional activities.
• Prepare and present reports on broadcast performance and audience statistics to senior management.

1. Training and Development:

• Train and support new staff or interns in radio operations and technical procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve broadcasting practices.
