Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop SharePoint Online site templates, page templates, and SPFx web parts
- Integrate PoolParty taxonomy for metadata tagging and semantic search
- Configure AvePoint Cloud Governance for automated provisioning and compliance
- Build workflows and automation to enhance functionality and user experience
- Ensure alignment with M365 ecosystem, security, and governance policies
- Translate requirements into technical solutions and obtain client approval
- Support functional testing and UAT, resolving issues and feedback
- Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
- Support migration of legacy content and rollout of new features across sites

Qualifications
Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years in Microsoft ecosystem; 3+ years in SharePoint/M365 backend development
- Experience in system integrations and API development
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, PowerShell (PnP), Microsoft Graph API
- Experience with PoolParty taxonomy and AvePoint Cloud Governance
- Knowledge of metadata management, enterprise search, and M365 security
- Experience in API design, data modeling, and automated deployment pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and consultative approach
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Experience in financial services or international organizations
- Familiarity with client governance and compliance standards
