CIVIL ENGINEER

• Assist in planning project activities, timelines, and resource allocation, working closely with the project manager.
• Monitor construction processes and materials to ensure quality standards are met, conducting inspections and audits where necessary.
• Liaise with architects, designers, contractors, and other professionals, ensuring smooth communication and project progression.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues swiftly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Maintain detailed records of site activities, material use, and labor, preparing regular reports on progress, challenges, and resource requirements.
• Ensure that all work on site follows health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and enforcing safety measures.
• Help monitor project expenses, ensuring costs remain within the allocated budget by optimizing resource use and preventing wastage.

Conduct and verify site measurements, ensuring accuracy in levels, elevations, and structural alignments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is typically required.
• 1 to 2 years in a similar role within the construction industry is often required, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Engineering Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD)
• Surveying Knowledge: Understanding of surveying methods and equipment.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Able to work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Quickly resolve on-site challenges.
• Attention to Detail: A precise and methodical approach ensures high-quality work.
