Rate: $2.50/hr, and earn 25,000 PHP +/month.

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST with 1 hour unpaid lunch

Qualifications:

• Must have Home Health and/or Hospice experience
• Must know Kinnser software

Good to Have Qualifications:

• Experience with HospiceMD software
• Experience with CareStitch

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the inventory management to ensure a consistent supply of necessary medical supplies.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely delivery and setup of DME for patients
• Ensures that medical supply orders are processed timely and accurately to avoid patient care disruptions.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality materials.
• Use various online systems to place direct ship orders or in-person deliveries of supplies to patients.
• Make call to various DME providers to order supplies to be sent to patients via courier or in-person delivery
• Implement and monitor processes for tracking and managing supply orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Create reports to track orders in a timely manner.
• Create timely and accurate documentation and filing of patient information.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
