Production Planning and Inventory Control Supervisor - Laguna

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review the demand trend, actual sales vs forecasts, actual production vs plan using standard statistical tools.
• Prepare the monthly Material Requirement Plan based on the approved production plan; ensures end-to-end materials planning process.
• Review the progress of production compliance to plans.
• Review the availability of material vs requirement and prepare the requisition for materials.
• Prepare the required weekly schedule such as Shipping and Delivery Schedules.
• Coordinate with the required parties, especially those at the Business Unit level to address the exception and align the actual vs plan.
• Prepare ABC list of materials and shipping plan.
• Review the inventory movement across all Business Units of finished good and material for indications of obsolescence and slow movements.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering
• With 3- 5 years of work experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control, preferably in the Food Industry/FMCG; has knowledge and experience in Material Planning (Raw Materials and Packaging Materials), Materials Movement, Stock Control, and Replenishment
• Knowledge of food ingredients and packaging materials (e.g., paper labels, polybags, laminated items) is an advantage
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Must be willing to work fully onsite at LIIP, Laguna
