• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: ₱55,000 per month
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.-
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis or a related role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct process analysis and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Create detailed process documentation, including process flows using MS Visio.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, user manuals, and work instructions (WI) for various systems and workflows.
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data for reporting and troubleshooting.
• Perform data analytics and report analysis to support business decision-making.
• Prepare professional presentations using MS PowerPoint to communicate findings, recommendations, and system functionalities to stakeholders.
• Support and lead functional testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and end-to-end testing.
• Write test scripts, document results, and assist with defect tracking and resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are met and implemented effectively.
