About the role

Become part of the 11-16 Construction Corporation team as an Inventory Associate. In this full-time role based in Apalit, Pampanga, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's inventory to support its manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies
Pick, pack, and ship orders to meet customer demands
Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to optimize inventory and meet supply chain requirements
Maintain the warehouse and storage facilities in an organized and clean manner
Assist with the implementation of inventory management systems and processes
Provide reporting and analysis to support inventory and supply chain decision making

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in an inventory management or warehouse/logistics role
Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office suite
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
Familiarity with manufacturing, transport, and logistics processes
