Guarantees operational efficiency and optimal performance of staff inside the store through sellingAccurate counter and treasury operations
Effective supervisions of store's transactions
Constant monitoring, reordering and transferring of stocks
Proactive team management and development
Consistent in reporting sales to management
Responsibilities:- Leads in the daily store operations and attainment of the branch sales target
- Responsible in the supervision, administration, training and development of branch personnel.
- Responsible for branch compliance and successful implementation of management directives in a branch.
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years managerial experience in retail or any related field
