Procurement Clerk

The Procurement Clerk is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the procurement team. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of purchase requests, coordination with suppliers, and proper documentation of procurement activities to support the company’s day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders in line with company policies
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, order placement, and delivery follow-ups
• Monitor order status to ensure timely and complete delivery of goods and services
• Maintain accurate records of procurement documents (POs, invoices, delivery receipts, etc.)
• Assist in canvassing and comparing supplier prices, terms, and specifications
• Coordinate with internal teams for purchase requirements and inventory needs
• Support issue resolution for delivery discrepancies and ensure compliance with procurement procedures

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year business-related course (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or equivalent)
• With or without related experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
