Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Computer Science or any related computer course
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting PCs, networks, and MS Server
- Proficient in Windows OS and network operating systems (NOS)
- Knowledgeable in basic Windows commands, network terminologies, and setup
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- With good communication skills
- Possesses strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users for IT-related concerns
- Ensure network and server availability
- Work with the IT Engineer on network maintenance and system updates
- Maintain company IT asset records
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices and other IT equipment
- Manage end-user accounts
