Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving concerns through phone, email, or chat support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information about services, processes, and company policies
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining excellent customer service
• Document interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system
• Escalate unresolved or complex concerns when necessary
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets

Schedule & Training:

• Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Paid training on systems, processes, and customer service best practices

Qualifications:

• With at least 3 to 6 months of Call Center experience
• High School or Senior High School graduate
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Open to shifting schedules
