General Manager (Real Estate)

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the real estate company, including sales, property management, business development, and administrative functions. The role ensures profitability, operational efficiency, and achievement of company goals while managing teams and driving strategic growth.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field
2. At least 8-10 years of experience in real estate, with 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role
3. Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Experience handling operations is an advantage
6. Knowledge of Philippine real estate laws and market trends
7. Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Oversee daily operations of real estate sales, leasing and property management
2. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company targets
3. Lead, supervise, and evaluate subordinates performance
4. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
5. Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and business partners
6. Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies
7. Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities
8. Approve major operational decisions and transactions
9. Drive sales performance and expansion initiatives
10. Prepare and submit management reports, operational updates, and performance analysis
11. Handle customer concerns, escalations, and high-level negotiations when necessary
12. Perform other tasks, duties, or special assignments as may be required by Management from time to time.
