Posted on 20 May 2026Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Prepare and organize marketing materials, presentations, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and external partners regarding marketing requirements.
Support social media and digital marketing activities, including content posting and monitoring.
Conduct market research and gather data on competitors, customer preferences, and market trends.
Assist in organizing company events, product launches, and promotional programs.
Maintain and update marketing databases, records, and inventory of promotional materials.
Monitor and track marketing activities and prepare performance reports when necessary.
Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings and preparing correspondence.
Assist the sales and marketing team in achieving departmental goals and targets.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
Perform other related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.Experience in marketing, administrative support, or customer service is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in social media platforms and basic digital marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Willing to work flexible schedules when required.
