Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Night shift, Weekends Off (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, including during daylight savings time; must be able to adapt to schedule changes twice yearly)

Work setup: Onsite, Baguio City

Salary: PHP 36,887

The Qualifications We Seek
  • 3 to 5 years of proven customer service or call center experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow company policy, SOPs, scripts, guidelines, and quality standards
  • Clear and confident English speaking ability is required
  • High level of patience, empathy, active listening, and adaptability
Your Daily Tasks
  • Make outbound calls to request clients submit audit forms and answer questions regarding the audit process
  • Handle inbound calls from clients with questions about their audit and the audit process
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone or email
  • Apply issue resolution techniques to troubleshoot problems and professionally de-escalate tense situations using empathetic communication
  • Document all interactions within the inventory system, including contact details and correspondence history
  • Update contact information as needed and pursue audit completion using newly obtained details
