Shift: Night shift, Weekends Off (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, including during daylight savings time; must be able to adapt to schedule changes twice yearly)

- 3 to 5 years of proven customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow company policy, SOPs, scripts, guidelines, and quality standards
- Clear and confident English speaking ability is required
- High level of patience, empathy, active listening, and adaptability
- Make outbound calls to request clients submit audit forms and answer questions regarding the audit process
- Handle inbound calls from clients with questions about their audit and the audit process
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone or email
- Apply issue resolution techniques to troubleshoot problems and professionally de-escalate tense situations using empathetic communication
- Document all interactions within the inventory system, including contact details and correspondence history
- Update contact information as needed and pursue audit completion using newly obtained details
