Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments of executives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes
  • Handle emails, calls, and internal/external communications professionally
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Organize files, records, and confidential documents
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion
  • Assist in project coordination and day-to-day business operations
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and various departments as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
