Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments of executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes
- Handle emails, calls, and internal/external communications professionally
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
- Organize files, records, and confidential documents
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion
- Assist in project coordination and day-to-day business operations
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and various departments as needed
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and under pressure
