Posted on 10 June 2026- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Review and process loan applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Verify applicant information and assess creditworthiness.
- Maintain effective communication with applicants and internal teams.
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for loan documentation.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the security of the branch.
- Proactively identify and report suspicious activity.
- College graduate of any business-related course preferred
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaue, Cebu City or other locations outside Cebu province
- Experience in loan processing is a plus but not necessary
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
