Technical Trainer (Industrial Engineer)
Job Purpose: Competent and technically skilled employees.
Key Results Area and Tasks:
- Training Delivery
Conduct training sessions based on approved training plans.
Deliver training in accordance with established modules, procedures, and safety standards.- Training Material Development and Update
Prepare, revise, and maintain non-technical training materials, manuals, presentations, and guides.
Ensure materials are aligned with organizational policies, HR standards, and training objectives.
Standardize content and documentation for consistent delivery across programs.- Training and Support Coordination
Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions.
Prepare training materials, equipment, and tools prior to sessions.
Maintain accurate attendance records and training documentation.- Continuous Improvement
Monitor effectiveness of training programs.
Suggest improvements for content, delivery methods, or engagement strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and internal quality standards.- Document Management and Data Privacy
Maintain confidentiality of employee records, training feedback, and evaluation results.
Ensure proper filing and secure storage of training documents and reports.- Ad hoc
Other work activities that may be assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering.
- Facilitation and development of training materials.
