Customer Service Representative (Mortgage/Financial Account)

Job Description

We are seeking passionate and customer‑focused Customer Service Representatives to act as the primary liaison between the company and our customers. In this role, you will provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and efficiently resolve concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.

Successful candidates are patient, empathetic, and confident communicators who genuinely care about helping others. As a Customer Service Representative, you will consistently put yourself in the customer’s shoes, advocate for their needs, and deliver solutions with professionalism and attention to detail.

• At least College Level
• 1–2 years of Customer Service experience in the BPO industry is an advantage (preferably from US Telco and/or Financial Services account)
• Excellent attention to detail; highly meticulous
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Articulate and persuasive communicator
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Confident presenter with the ability to deliver impactful messages clearly and professionally
• Comfortable speaking confidently, engaging audiences, and telling compelling stories
