HR STAFF
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Human Resource Management, or Psychology.
- At least 1 year of relevant HR experience (in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, or general HR operations), but open to applicants with NO experience.
- Possess excellent interpersonal communications skills
- Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Willing to do field works
- Flexible personality and can interact with different level of positions in the organization
- Analytical and result oriented
- Experience in benefit administration is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Preferably with Payroll processing experience
Work Schedule: 8am-5PM from Monday-Saturday and may also work during Holidays.
