Facility Manager- Oversee building, equipment, and grounds maintenance
- Manage custodial and general administrative functions
- Implement security and emergency protocols per Philippine standards
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance per company policies
- Supervise work quality and staff performance
- Review and manage service contracts
- Conduct facility inspections and recommend improvements
- Communicate safety procedures across teams
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and project completion
- Check and verify completed work
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in facility management or maintenance
- Advantage: Experience with Philippine equipment or clients
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management software
- Able to manage budgets, contracts, and inspections
- Willing to conduct site inspections and supervise on-ground work.
