DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE (CEBU PLANT)

JOB FUNCTION:

He/ she must work with the Luzon digital marketing team to achieve the company’s objectives: lead generation, brand engagement, and sales conversions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. With the instruction of the Marketing Head, he/ she must take the lead and assist the Marketing team and other departments in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy;
2. Execute digital marketing activities across all digital platforms;
3. Manage and maintain the company’s digital assets and recommend necessary strategies to fully utilize the same;
4. Take the lead in the creation of relevant and engaging digital campaigns for posting and boosting;
5. Monitor digital campaign performance and recommend necessary strategies for further enhancement to reach the desired KPIs;
6. Analyze digital marketing analytic reports , share insights and recommend strategies with the team;
7. Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences and end-to-end consumer digital journey to drive engagements and sales conversion;
8. Stay abreast of emerging digital platforms, digital marketing trends and share insights with the team;
9. Perform necessary tasks as instructed by the immediate superiors and colleagues essential for the achievement of the company’s goals.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communication or related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in the field of Digital Marketing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexible and Multi-tasker
• Results driven and highly creative
• Can communicate effectively in different levels
• Highly organized and trustworthy
• Market Research Techniques
• MS Office Proficient
