Project coordinator

Job Description

1. Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, calls, and presentations
2. Coordinate projects involving Japanese stakeholders or departments, review and verifying drawings submitted by the client
3. Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes for Japanese-speaking employees
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation in both languages
5. Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and company events
6. Ensure cultural sensitivity and compliance with Japanese business etiquette
7. Liaise with Japanese clients or headquarters to relay updates, feedback, and reports.

• Native Japanese Speaker (speak, read and write)
• Able to communicate basic English
• At least 1 year working experience in the same field
• Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills with the ability to explain approach to all levels of organization
• Knows how to interpret kitchen layout and equipment
• Extensive knowledge in the same industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate
