Position Overview

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency of our supply chain operations. This position requires managing logistics processes, coordinating with suppliers and carriers, and ensuring the timely delivery of products.

• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline logistics and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock levels to enable timely procurement.
• Track shipments and manage transportation schedules, providing stakeholders with regular updates.
• Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
• Proactively resolve any logistics issues to minimize disruptions within the supply chain.
• Optimize transportation costs while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the safety and quality of products during transportation and storage.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies within the logistics team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and standards.

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, and transportation operations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with internal teams and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively across different functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the Philippines logistics and import/export regulations is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
