About the role
We are seeking a talented Finance Officer to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position with Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc., a leading provider of integrated facilities management and food services solutions.As our Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting and accounting processes.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Reconcile bank accounts and other general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial support and guidance
- Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with accounting standards and regulations in the Philippines
- Proficient in SAP, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
