Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and service requests via phone and email in a courteous and efficient manner
Provide exceptional customer support by delivering accurate, timely, and relevant information
Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships through clear and effective communication
Record customer concerns, issues, and resolutions accurately, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions
Take a proactive approach in assisting customers and consistently exceed service expectations
Use internet-based platforms and MS Office tools to efficiently complete daily responsibilities
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent customer service orientation with solid problem-solving and active listening abilities
Ability to multitask effectively, manage time well, and prioritize tasks efficiently
Background knowledge of insurance products is a plus
