The E-Commerce Marketing Officer is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels through strategic digital campaigns, marketplace optimization, content management, and performance monitoring. The role focuses on driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth across e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook, and other digital marketplaces.
Duties & Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Platform Management- Manage and maintain official online stores across e-commerce and social commerce platforms.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, descriptions, and visuals are updated and optimized.
- Monitor platform performance, stock availability, and online customer experience.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams regarding fulfillment and inventory concerns.
- Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal activations.
- Develop strategies to increase online traffic, conversion, and sales performance.
- Coordinate paid advertisements and sponsored campaigns across digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign ROI and optimize performance based on analytics.
- Coordinate creation of e-commerce visuals, banners, videos, and product content.
- Manage TikTok Shop live selling schedules, affiliate programs, and creator partnerships.
- Support content strategies that drive engagement and product conversion.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online channels.
- Improve product visibility through SEO-friendly product titles, keywords, and descriptions.
- Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and marketplace trends.
- Analyze customer behavior, reviews, and platform insights to improve performance.
- Implement strategies to improve store ratings and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Track KPIs including GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, engagement, and traffic growth.
- Provide recommendations based on sales and digital analytics.
- Present performance updates to management.
- Coordinate with agencies, affiliates, influencers, and platform representatives.
- Work closely with brand marketing, sales, creatives, and customer service teams.
- Assist in launching new products and online-exclusive campaigns.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, E-Commerce, or related field
- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Meta Ads, or Google Ads are an advantage
- At least 2–3 years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations
- Knowledgeable in online campaign management, promotions, and customer acquisition strategies
- Experience handling social media marketing and paid advertisements
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or marketplace dashboards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Background in FMCG, retail, or consumer products is an advantage
