Industrial Engineer for Sales (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize sales and customer development processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analysis, and process mapping for various sales and customer-related tasks.
• Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance productivity and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and implement process improvements.
• Assist in identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in sales and customer service workflows.
• Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools to monitor process effectiveness.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis to assess the impact of process changes.
• Participate in the implementation of process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on findings, process recommendations, and improvement strategies.
• Assist in training employees on new processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates of Industrial Engineering
• With relevant internship experience in sales is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to different stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
