Department: Product & Project Management

The Lead Project Manager is also responsible for recruiting and onboarding technical talent, ensuring team alignment with business goals, and managing product life cycles from conception to release.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Strategy

• Lead project scoping, requirements gathering, and resource allocation across various projects, including AI-driven solutions, mobile applications, and web platforms.
• Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

1. Team Leadership & Management

• Supervise and mentor cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, mobile developers, and interns, providing technical and strategic guidance.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of technical roles, ensuring team members have the skills necessary to achieve project success.

1. Product Development Oversight

• Direct the product development lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing and release, with a focus on user experience, design, and functionality.
• Oversee projects with high-impact solutions, ensuring consistency and high standards in UI/UX and functionality.

1. Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive leadership, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Translate complex technical details into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project expectations and goals.

1. Documentation & Technical Support

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, technical guides, and user manuals.
• Develop internal tools and support frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and streamline communication within and across teams.

1. Quality Assurance & Risk Management

• Implement best practices in quality assurance, testing, and risk management to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Continuously assess and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years in project management, product management, or a similar role within a technology-driven environment

Skills:

• proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• experience in business analysis, UI/UX design principles, and technical documentation
• strong technical acumen, especially in managing software development projects and leading teams
• excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools and technologies such as FlutterFlow.
• Experience in mobile and web application development projects.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
