Internal Controls Auditor (Industrial Engineer)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Controls Auditor to help ensure operational compliance across our bakeshop and restaurant branches. This role involves conducting branch audits, evaluating compliance with operational and cash handling policies, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled and surprise audits of bakeshop and restaurant branches.
• Evaluate compliance with company operational standards, cash handling policies, and internal controls.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings, recommendations, and insights to management.
• Review, update, and improve audit guidelines, checklists, and scorecards to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen store operations and internal controls.
• Coordinate with branch teams to ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in audit, operations, process improvement, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• With valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel to multiple store branches within Metro Manila.
