A Junior Architect is responsible for assisting the senior architect in monitoring building projects from all phases of the architectural work including planning, designing, and overseeing the construction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creates building designs and highly detailed drawings using design software and editing tools applications for new structures.
- Creates alterations to building design to existing structures and site development.
- Occasionally visits the construction site to make sure the design is being followed and met.
- Assists in preparing all the needed building permit documents.
- Willing to travel and able to stay longer (2-3 months) in different locations.
