We are seeking a Consultant Engagement Specialist (CES) to join our growing Insight Global Health International team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and supporting individuals through important life and career transitions.
As a Consultant Engagement Specialist, you will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals pursuing career opportunities in the United States. You will help create a seamless consultant experience by providing guidance, support, resources, and meaningful engagement throughout their journey.
What You'll Do
Build Meaningful Relationships- Conduct 35+ weekly engagement meetings with consultants.
- Develop genuine, trusting relationships that foster loyalty and long-term success.
- Ensure consultants feel supported, valued, and heard throughout their journey.
- Guide consultants through onboarding and deployment preparation.
- Identify challenges, concerns, and opportunities to improve the consultant experience.
- Connect consultants with the appropriate resources and internal teams.
- Track and report key performance metrics including consultant engagement, at-risk consultants, and documentation status.
- Maintain accurate records and utilize reporting dashboards to monitor outcomes.
- Support filing and compliance processes through timely documentation follow-up.
- Partner closely with Recruiting, Operations, Immigration, and other internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth communication between consultants and support teams.
- Contribute to onboarding sessions and recruitment events.
- Plan and execute quarterly virtual or in-person consultant engagement events.
- Build a strong sense of community among consultants during the early stages of their U.S. career journey.

- Hybrid Schedule
- Monday & Friday: Remote
- Tuesday to Thursday: Onsite (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- Training may require alignment with U.S. business hours.
