Due to the expansion, we are looking for Store Manager for one of our stores in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
Organization and control of visual merchandising in the store; Stock control;
Sales planning and analysis;
Completing standards and objectives for different departments;
Lead a team of the store towards effective collaboration and goals achievements;
Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions;
Requirements:
Proven experience as a store manager, assistant manager or similar managerial role 1-2 years; Knowledge and application of fast fashion retail/clothing logics
Independent, good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill; Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles;
Excellent problem-solving abilities;
Leadership, delegation and control of the processes;
English starting from Intermediate.
