Assistant Merchandising Manager - Manila

• Manage Third Party Agencies in deploying merchandisers in store and ensuring deployment based on agreed Service level with the agency
• Ensure that merchandiser spend is within the approved budget of the year and continuously find ways to be optimize cost and spending
• Provide market intelligence information to the head office coming from the feedback of the merchandisers deployed in the stores
• Manage day to day operational concern with regards to Merchandising deployment (TPA covered, Regular Merchandisers and In House Merchandiser)
• Regular trade visit with Sales and TPA partners to spot opportunities at trade level

Qualifications:

• Candidates should be a graduate of any business related courses (Business Management, Marketing Management, etc.)
• With at least 2 years experience in Sales preferably in Key Accounts
• Must have at least 3 years experience in Trade Marketing, particularly Category Management and Merchandising Management.
• Should also have at least 2 years experience in People Management.
• Willing to work on site at Ortigas City
• Preferably with driver's license and knows how to drive (Manual and Automatic Transmission)
