Key Responsibilities
- Support sales planning, forecasting, and reporting
- Analyze sales data and coordinate with operations and supply chain
- Identify potential customers and maintain client databases
- Organize meetings, trade events, and partnerships
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Prepare pricing proposals and ensure policy compliance
- Support order processing, delivery coordination, and KPI reporting
- Manage client communications, proposals, and contracts
- Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
- Monitor collections, credit status, and market intelligence
- Handle schedules, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agribusiness, Animal Science, or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in agribusiness sales, preferably livestock, poultry, or feed industry
- Experience managing sales teams and B2B accounts
- Strong knowledge of pricing, trading, and farm-to-market operations
- Good negotiation, financial, leadership, and communication skills
