Main Responsibilities:
- Call student applicants to encourage enrolment.
- Provide helpful customer service through phone, email, and chat.
- Share accurate information about the application and enrolment process.
- Answer student questions promptly and professionally.
- Follow agreed service standards.
- Keep records accurate and up to date.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
- Reliable, motivated, and flexible.
- Detail-oriented.
