We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who can own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to close, across both client and in-house roles. You'll manage requisitions end to end, work directly with clients, and bring the process discipline that keeps our pipelines moving without dropped candidates or missed deadlines.This role is central to how we deliver on our recruitment commitments.

As a growing startup, we need someone who can contribute from day one. This role requires proven full-cycle recruitment experience. We are not able to train candidates new to recruitment, so we can only consider applicants who already have the skills and track record outlined below.
Key Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and close
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels
- Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously with strong prioritization and tracking
- Communicate directly with clients on requisition status, candidate pipelines, and search strategy
- Support Flexihire's own in-house hiring needs alongside client requisitions
- Recruit across a range of role types and industries, including tech, legal, healthcare, and more
- Build and maintain structured, repeatable recruitment processes for each engagement
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and present shortlists with clear rationale
- Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer stage
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS (Manatal) at every stage of the pipeline
- Partner with clients to refine role requirements and adjust sourcing strategy as needed
- Provide regular pipeline updates and hit agreed-upon placement timelines
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing
- Experience working in a staffing or recruitment agency environment
- Direct experience managing client relationships and communication
- Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple industries and role types, such as tech, legal, and healthcare
- Strong process orientation, comfortable working within structured recruitment workflows
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Own laptop and reliable remote work equipment (stable internet, headset, backup power as needed)
- Experience with high-volume or fast-turnaround requisitions
- Familiarity with remote, distributed hiring processes
- Experience recruiting for both client-facing and internal/in-house roles
- Strong ownership mentality, comfortable managing requisitions independently

Working Conditions / Location
This role is fully remote. With Eastern Standard Time (EST) 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Candidates must provide their own laptop and remote work setup.
